Source dates sit beside the figures on each profile. This page records material changes to UK Places itself.
Every local authority record now shows the share of rated businesses scoring 5 on the official food hygiene register, dated to the register snapshot and linked to the council page on UK Food Hygiene. Scottish councils use a different scheme and show no share.
Every parliamentary constituency now lists its local authorities from ONS postcode data, and every place record lists its constituencies, including Scotland, Northern Ireland and the councils created in 2023.
Added a standalone source-led Burnley route, clear data definitions, source ledger and methodology links. Figures retain their individual source dates.
AI DOGE source refresh noted on the Burnley profile. The profile shows the 2025/26 published payment record, not total council spending.
